How big is our team?
We have a team of over a dozen doctors and staff. Everyone is focused on one thing: giving you great care without the hassle.
How do we keep wait times short?
We’ve built a better system behind the scenes. Our intake process is smart and fast, so you spend less time waiting and more time getting help.

We offer full walk-in services, family medicine, specialist referrals, and ongoing care when you need it.
Do I need an appointment?

Can I get care over the phone or video?
In some cases, yes. Call our clinic to check if your visit can be done virtually.
Can I get lab tests or imaging through you?
Yes. If one of our doctors orders it, you’ll get what you need quickly—and OHIP covers it if it’s medically required.
Do we help with referrals?
Yes. If you need a specialist, we’ll make the referral right away and help coordinate your care.
3. OHIP & Health Coverage

Yes. You need a valid OHIP card to be fully covered. If you don’t have OHIP, we can still see you, but there will be a private fee.
Who can get OHIP?
If you live in Ontario and have legal status—like citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work/study permit—you’re eligible.

No. As of March 2020, there’s no waiting period. You’re covered as soon as you qualify.
What does OHIP cover at our clinic?
OHIP covers doctor visits, assessments, tests, referrals, and other medically necessary services we provide.
Does OHIP cover everything?
No. Things like prescription drugs (outside hospitals), cosmetic treatments, or travel vaccines aren’t covered by OHIP.
4. Billing & Appeals
What if I don’t have OHIP?
You’ll still be seen, but you’ll need to pay privately. We’ll let you know the cost before the visit.
How do we bill OHIP?
We bill OHIP directly using approved codes. You don’t have to worry about the paperwork—we take care of it.
What if OHIP denies a service?
If that ever happens, you have the right to appeal the decision through the Health Services Appeal and Review Board.
