For a walk-in visit, come to the clinic in person. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to clinic capacity. Check the clinic’s Google listing for current hours before visiting. A website inquiry does not reserve an appointment.
Fanshawe College students: check your ALUMO or MORCARE plan
ALUMO brings together former student-benefit brands, including MORCARE. ALUMO explains that its international student plans can include physician visits and hospital services, but benefits depend on the school and policy. An extended health and dental plan is different from primary international student medical coverage.
Use ALUMO’s official Find Your Plan service to check your institution’s plan and instructions. Read ALUMO’s information about its former brands. The clinic verifies whether your particular plan and visit qualify for direct billing; possessing an ALUMO card alone does not guarantee payment for every service.
What to bring
Bring your current insurance card or certificate, policy details, student identification and photo identification. Follow your policy’s instructions for any assistance-provider contact or authorization required before visiting.
How direct billing works
- Tell reception which ALUMO medical plan you hold.
- We verify your policy and whether the visit is covered.
- For an eligible visit approved for direct billing, we submit the covered charges to your insurer.
What if coverage cannot be verified?
If we cannot verify your coverage, you pay for the visit. We issue a proper invoice that you can submit yourself to your insurance provider for reimbursement under your policy. Reimbursement depends on your plan’s terms and the insurer’s decision.

Yes, for eligible covered visits approved for direct billing. Excluded services or other patient responsibilities may still have fees.
I am a Western student. Is my medical coverage ALUMO?
Do not assume that your student benefits card is your primary medical coverage. Western states that international students generally have UHIP for primary medical coverage, with separate extended health and dental benefits. Check your actual policy and ask the clinic about its billing arrangements for that policy. If you separately hold eligible ALUMO international medical coverage, we can assess it for direct billing.
